DJT: Just to see the firefighters. Nobody’s ever seen what’s going on over there. And...ah...now there are saying there could be as many as 600 people killed! This just came out before we met...up by 400! It’s incredible what’s going on, and burnt beyond recognition! They can’t even see the bodies. It’s incredible. I was watching the firemen the other day and they were raking areas...they were raking areas! Where the fire was right over there and they are raking trees, little trees like this...not trees, little bushes that you could see was totally dry. Wheats! And they are raking them...they are on fire...
Btw, why is what’s happening in California not breaking news all day long? Where’s the sense of urgency? The fires in California are bigger and potentially more devastating than any hurricane I can remember and yet if you were to turn on cable news it’s as if this is just another Saturday. None of the big anchors have traveled to California. What am I missing?
