Freddie Gray, when alive.

On April 12, 2015, Freddie Carlos Gray, Jr., a 25-year-old African-American man, was arrested by the Baltimore Police Department for possessing what the police alleged was an illegal switchblade.[2] While being transported in a police van, Gray fell into a coma and was taken to a trauma center.[3][4] Gray died on April 19, 2015; his death was ascribed to injuries to his spinal cord.

But the quote above doesn’t begin to tell the half. You see, Freddie Gray was a member of a race of people blessed with superhuman abilities. There ain’t nothing we can’t do, other than saving ourselves, that is. Consider this: While in police custody — handcuffed and shackled — Freddie managed to inflict the following injuries on himself:

...three fractured vertebrae, injuries to his voice box, and his spine 80% severed at his neck. Police confirmed that the spinal injury led to Gray's death.

The autopsy report labeled the young man’s death as a homicide. The court is telling us that nobody is responsible for that homicide. The judge, himself a black man, doesn’t believe that there’s any evidence to show that either of the two cops who appeared before him did anything wrong. So, if not the cops, then who? Freddie, of course. Bound and shackled, Freddie still managed to inflict a "high-energy injury" and other traumas to his own body. Freddie possessed awesome powers, which he used to kill himself.
