Please help hone our new statute into a keen razor to scrape away scoundrels and malevolent policies and practices from our police departments. Our families need this law. Our grandchildren need this law. Every United States citizen needs this law. (In case you do not know, ALEC is the American Legislative Exchange Council, funded by the Koch brothers and corporations to quash the rights of citizens.)

Call the Cops by Rob Hustle (almost 300,000 views on YouTube):
This is what happens when you call the cops
This is what happens when you call the cops
This is what happens when you call the cops
You get your rights violated or you all get shot
I'm sick of people getting victimized by criminal cops
Psychopathic predators terrorizing neighborhood blocks
Equipped with pepper spray, mace, cuffs, tasers, and Glocks
They like serial killers acting out subliminal thoughts

Forget what you're taught

These cops have got a license to kill
Witness intimidation means that they can use it at will
Code of silence means that the pigs'll never let out a squeal
And if they go to court they know the judge'll make em a deal

We gave you a sample of the lyrics first. This video is definitely Not Suitable For Work. However, we recommend that you play it directly from YouTube with a full screen. WARNING: The YouTube video starts immediately, and Rob Hustle is angry. He used his anger about incidents like Ferguson and made the following video called "Call the Cops - Rob Hustle Featuring Liv":
Rob's video is of course not a documentary. Rob has channeled his anger about Ferguson and other attacks by police. Please do not quibble about accuracy and context and thruthful portrayals of police. A significant slice of the population views the police as Rob does in this video. Empirical evidence supports the emotion-laden content of this song. For many, the mere sight of the police evokes terror and hatred.

Certain police departments are at war with the people who pay their salaries. No respect, no restraint. How do the American police compare to their counterparts in other developed countries? A search for "Police brutality in England" found this:

Despite these high-profile cases, police shootings are rare in Britain. Last year, there were just three separate incidents in the country, and no one died.
In the year 2013, the British police used their guns in three separate incidents, and no one died. Compare that to this:
A white police officer in the United States killed a black person on average of twice per week from 2005 to 2012, according to homicide reports offered to the FBI. But this data is limited, as only about 4 percent of law enforcement agencies contributed.

There was an average of 96 such incidents out of at least 400 police killings each year that local police departments reported to the FBI, according to analysis conducted by USA Today.

Reverend William Barber said"I want you to be angry." We are angry. Our anger moves us to create a new law. Let's do some legislatin'!
